RETURN POLICY

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your jewellery, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand our practices and your rights regarding returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and accessories.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you received the item to initiate a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned:

Custom-made or personalised jewellery.
Items on clearance or marked as "final sale."
Gift cards.
Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).


4. Return Process
Initiate a Return: To start the return process, contact our customer service team at support@samrichie.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Packaging: Securely package your item in its original box, including all original packaging materials, tags, and certificates. Include the Return Authorization Number inside the package.
Shipping: Ship the item to the return address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
If rejected, the item will be sent back to you with a detailed explanation.
 

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@samrichie.com

7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

8. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges Due to Defects: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipping cost of the replacement item.


9. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the country of purchase, please be aware that international returns may be subject to different terms, additional shipping fees, and longer processing times. Contact our customer service team for detailed instructions.
