Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
Processing Time: 
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.


Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping: 1 - 2 business days.


Shipping Rates:
Free Standard Shipping on all orders.


Shipping Carrier:
We use Royal Mail for all domestic shipments.


Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Delivery Issues:
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
In case of undeliverable packages due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.

 


International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: £9.99

Free Standard Shipping on orders over £300.


Shipping Carrier:
We use DHL, FedEx, or UPS for all international shipments.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
SamRichie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages:
SamRichie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, SamRichie will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
